The presence of corruption in any institution can undermine and erode the integrity, trust, relationships and reputation of any organisation. This is a serious offense which is why it is important that Titan implements various measures to ensure that no such conduct is detected anywhere near our operations. A zero-tolerance policy on corruption means that negligence of any kind, such as bribery, embezzlement or fraud, will not be tolerated. As is the culture of Petronas, this is clearly communicated to all our employees, stakeholders and partners. In line with this, we have implemented strong and strict internal controls such as anti-bribery, anti-corruption programs and severe penalties for anyone found guilty. All of this is to ensure that Titan continues to conduct our business with the utmost integrity and honesty, fostering a just, fair and equal working environment for all.
